Q. How are shipments being impacted?

    A. At this time, our fulfillment centers and carrier networks are open and operational. You may experience temporary delays in the shipping process as a result of the additional safety measures enacted nationally or that we are employing to help protect our teams.

    Q. Can I cancel my order due to COVID-19?

    A. As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. Plus, you immediately receive instant access to the online content you purchased. Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed. Please contact us for assistance.

    Q. Will I continue to receive my Practical Reviews subscription?

    A. All subscribers have immediate access to Practical Reviews content online and via the free mobile app. We do not anticipate any interruption to delivery of CDs/cards. Should that change, we will notify you via email.

    Q. Will there be any interruptions to receiving my credits?

    A. There will not be any delays in how we report credits to your boards. If you have any questions please contact us for assistance.
