It provides state-of-the-art mobile health technology, including medical reference and clinical decision support resources, to medical professionals on the ground providing public health services in poor, remote and underserved areas. American Medical Student Association

Since 2014, we have proudly partnered with the American Medical Student Association (AMSA), the oldest and largest independent association of physicians-in-training in the United States. AMSA is a student-governed, national organization committed to improving the lives of medical students and is part of a vital force of future physicians who believe that patients and health professionals are partners in the management of health care. AMSA members are medical students, premedical students, interns, residents and practicing physicians.

Oakstone’s unbiased, evidence-based content aligns with AMSA’s encouragement that all physicians-in-training and health care providers seek out evidence-based and unbiased sources of information, rather than relying on pharmaceutical industry representatives for “education.”

Oakstone supports AMSA through various member events and sponsorships each year. We also support AMSA members by making our medical education content available at exclusive member benefit rates, making it easy and affordable for future physicians to access valuable content, especially through our free Practical Reviews mobile app, that can aid them in their classroom and clinical work.
